When I go hiking for several days, I take meals for the evening and eat the hummus at noon with crackers, it's very light and brings me proteins.
Remove oxygen absorber. Stir 1 part of the mix with 1.5 part of cold water. Wait 2 minutes. Add more water to adjust consistency.
60g + 90ml = 150g. Once rehydrated use immediately.
120g + 180ml = 300g. Once rehydrated use immediately.
Optional: Drizzle with olive oil
Ingredients: Chickpea (36%), beetroot (27%) CH, SESAME, lemon juice, garlic, salt, dill.
